1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories

2. Refund Time Limit

  • Refund requests are only valid within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Any refund request made after 5 days will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Earrings

  • Nose Rings

  • Nose Pins

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Bridal sets made specifically for the customer

4. Return Process

If you wish to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support through WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Ramz Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after reviewing the claim.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the request is approved.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

  • The refund process may take a few working days depending on the payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

In some cases, Ramz Jewels may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
